Complete OwnCloud integration

I know there are several threads about this topic, but none is really moving forward. I'm using Owncloud across several computers and I'm very impressed with it's functionality and stability. Just Jolla is a little behind....

With update 10 CalDav is well integrated. What's missing is: - CardDav (in theory the function is there, but not working) -OwnNotes (the app is not available anymore and nobody seems to pick it up) . ToDo's (None of the ToDo-apps supports OwnCloud integration)

I'd assume that Jolla is working on CardDav, OwnNotes seems to need a new owner , but is anyone working on ToDo's for OwnCloud?

ToDo integration is already on roadmap of TaskList https://github.com/Armadill0/harbour-tasklist/milestones/2.0 . And I think the author of TaskList would be very happy to get some support to get it integrated. But there is also missing integration of the Jolla side, so Third party apps cannot use the configured accounts to do syncs for example.

Yup, everybody loves owncloud and even webOS got a patch for two way carddav sync recently. This one would be one of my top issues to address...

Carddav should be patched already in upstream. It just didn't make it to the device yet.

Sailor, thanks for the info. So CardDav will be fixed soon, that's great news and addresses the most important issue. Seems also that OwnNotes and ToDo's will take longer. I got used to them from my N9, seems I'll have to find a workaround

Since 2.0.2 there is support for Dropbox and OneDrive in the gallery and backup, it should be possible to use Owncloud or Nextcloud here as well.

The photo transfer from the gallery was always working with Owncloud for me.

How do you do that? I can choose bluetooth, email, mms or add an account and there are only Dropbox and OneDrive for storage.

@inta, I used the Owncloud client from Openrepos.net and you could install it via a appclient (shop) which is called Warehouse downloadable and installable from there. Good Luck.
