Installing Windows on tablet?

I know there is emphasis on integration with SailfishOS, but this prospect still piqued my interest. Seeing how the tablet has an intel x86 chip, could you install and run a copy of Windows 8/10?

I guess another question I had is how close to normal Linux SailfishOS is. Like could I install normal desktop apps? There is a large emphasis on Android app support, but I haven't heard so much on this.

As for the 1st question, I don't think you can do that easily. Windoze is closed source thru-and-thru, you cannot get it working with unsupported HW.

As for the 2nd question, that is more likely. What it requires is either a working xwayland environment or wayland versions of the applications. But yes, it is doable.

You have two separate questions, so please split them into two separate entries...
