Two-way-sync between Jolla Smartphone and Win-7-PC + Outlook 2010 (local) possible?

Good evening.

Is it possible to sync the Jolla Smartphone with a Win7-PC +Outlook 2010 (local Installation - no Exchance Server!) and if so, how?

If you have an outlook account you can sync that account with office outlook via installation of a plugin of microsoft. For me this works perfect.

Although this is not realy direct syncing... as you asked.
