[Request] Limit max. characters/lines of question title in askbot [not relevant]

Hello,

due to the latest incidents, it would be very nice to limit the maximum amount of characters (or lines in the list view) of a question's title in askbot.

Too much text in the question's title makes the list view very cluttered and does not help to fast understand what a question is about.
