The Jolla does not run. fast green led

My jolla rebots frequently and the last surprise is that it just does not start. I´ve tryed with the batery and other sugestions in here but they just doesnt work.
Being honest I buy the phone because I belived in the proyect but is being a pain.
I would give it back if I could. No notifications in android apps and this break downs are just not aceptable for normal use.
Green flashing led, is a service trying to restart. If the phone will not start, but only returns you to a green flashing LED, then I would suggest leaving the battery to get a good charge, then I suggest you reset the phone (you will have to do this using recovery console via your computer), unless of course, a well charged battery solves your problem.

Perhaps your storage space is getting full... or perhaps just meta data storage is full. you could try a rebalancing of btrfs. I don't have a link ready (typing on the phone) but you find how to do this here on tjc
