[shop] Jolla order is stuck in "paid" state [answered]
I ordered a Jolla Phone on 16th of January but the order seems to be stuck. The order state is still "paid", so apparently nothing happened for five business days. Quoting from the Shop FAQ (https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201439257-Webshop-FAQ):
What's the delivery time after completing my purchase in the Jolla Online Shop?
For Jolla orders it would take about 5-7 days for the order to reach you. We pick and pack the orders within 2 business days.
I'm getting a little nervous since I spent €215.- a week ago and nothing seems to be happening with the order, even though it should (according to Jolla Sales FAQ) long be packed and sent. Also, the shop unfortunately does not offer a way to reach Jolla Sales directly, so here I am, polluting TJC...
