Existing children's wrist watch phones ones are clumsy and goddamn ugly. Even though wrist device would have enormous practical benefits compared to a child carrying an ordinary smartphone there doesn't seem to be an appealing gadget for the smartphone generation of kids under 10. As a parent, it's easy to list a vast amount of problems associated with children's smartphone usage.

The watch should be thin. OS lean and energy-efficient as hell. Location aware. It should have a touchscreen. Superior usability, a limited set of operations. Amazing looks. Great apps, e.g. a compass pointing "this way home", location based and sensor aware games. And oh, a new generation of sensor-aware apps.

Seems like blue ocean. I'd buy 4 today.

There's no battery technology to build one today, unfortunately.
