factory settings before updating os
during the time I installed various packages .. can solve my problems with the update, the factory settings? better for me than manually uninstall ..

Depends what packages are you talking about, if you have just instaleld from the Jolla Store, OpenRepos (Warehouse) and some of the Android markets (Yandex, Aptoide and the Chinese one which name I can't remember), then you don't need to uninstall anything. Exept if you have enabled patches from OpenRepos, you need to disable the patches.

rumburak ( 2015-03-03 15:31:59 +0200 )editI really can't say since it's a library and not a traditional application, so to be on the safe side I would disable that repository - just in case. And this is just me being cautious because I don't know how that library effects the Sailfish packages. :)
