Calendar recurring option - Select days of the week [Feature Request]

In the Jolla Calendar app I need the ability to set weekly recurring events, but for certain days only. Every other calendar app, both server & client side, that I have used support this.
I can work around this by adding a single recurring event for each day of the week, then choosing weekly. The issue I have with this is this will not integrate well with my server side and it scales very poorly.
Imagine having one event Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 15:00. Now I suddenly need to add or remove a day, while at the same time changing the time to 13:00. Then imagine having a lot of setups like this one... I would have to create a lot of events and remember to change every single one of them at the same time.
