[feature removal] Scrolling line in homescreen SFos2.0

When opening a lot of apps in the SFos 2.0 demo software, you have this magical 1pxl wide white bar appearing on the right when you scroll.
Since you will not have hundreds of apps open at the same time, the scrolling bar does not really add functionality and it is not really appealing to the eye.
Probably easy patch, but might as well be disabled by default.
The white bar you see is the scroll decorator we use in all scrollable views to indicate you can flick for more content.
