Inform and switch off the call if busy

Currently the phone stays alarming, even when the call recipient is busy. I would hope for an improvement, that the phone would inform user and disconnect the call automatically in the case the line's busy.

@eric This is not almost a duplicate. This one is about the situation when the recipient has call-waiting enabled (see the tag). This is not obvious (the call waiting part) in this other question. I think these are different requests: for instance, I would like the phone to notify that the recipient is busy, but I would not like the call to disconnect automatically if the recipient has call waiting enabled (it should be done manually).
