delete all recurrences of an event [released]

When deleting a recurring event from the calendar, it should ask if only the one selected event or also all of the recurrences should be deleted.

This is true for the detail view. But not if you're on the main calendar screen. In that case, it will give you 5 seconds to decide whether to delete it or not. That's it.
But then, past recurrences still can't be deleted separately even in the detail view.

Please also add the option to delete past recurrences only.

Please add a second entry in the tap menu or ask to delete this or all entries as selecting delete from pulley menu of the detail view.
