I just had to copy all the details for an event by hand from a flyer. It would be really cool to just be able to link a photo of a flyer to an event. In that case, all important infos, such as location, agenda, etc. would be available at glance.

You can put a clickable internet link into events description. If the flyer is part of a website, so it´s easy. Otherwise you can upload your picture to a filehoster where you´re able to create direct links to the file, and copy this link to the event.
I know, it´s only a workaround and you need data connection to see the linked file. I voted up your feature-request, hopefully jolla will implementing it.
