Hello. I'm having trouble with trying to get Android apps to give me notifications even when not open in the Home screen. I've followed the guide for this, but at step 4 I can't continue; https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203442828#4 After going Settings > Apps, I can't click on WhatsApp since it's not accessible, in other words, grayed out. Also, there's no Android (TM) Support -item at Settings > System. According to the picture in step 5, there should be. I've re-installed and rebooted the Android Support, through Sailfish Utilities. I've also restarted the phone.

Thank you for your help.

it only for sailfishos 1.1.7.x.... For now you can use app Android notifications from warehouse.

Oh shoot! I just assumed the red text was to notify older OS users. Didn't realize the newest non-beta is only 1.1.6.x. Could you please elaborate what do you mean by "app Android notifications from warehouse"? I can't find an app named "Android Notifications" from store.

You first need to install Warehouse: https://openrepos.net/content/basil/warehouse-sailf

Warehouse gives you access to many apps not (yet) available in the Jolla Store.

Duplicate of https://together.jolla.com/question/97499/settings-greyed/

Zendesk's instructions are for a Sailfish version that hasn't been released yet.

Can't blame you, it wasn't properly titled & tagged :)
