Jolla country flag to TJC

It would be nice to see updates made by Jolla Sailors the easiest way possible.
We could use a Jolla flag, added to the country flag database, and a new country "Jolla" which could then be selected in the "update profile" link or edited into each Sailor profile by admins.

I guess it would be rather easy to add the Jolla badge our sailors already have in the author box for questions and answers. Instead of introducing a new artificial flag it is definitely easier, as the info is already there and we already have control over who can have that badge ;)
