Follow up flag or star e-mails
It's really annoying when you can't mark messages with a follow up flag etc. Now the only way is to use the 'Mark as unread' feature and that' really not the same and pretty cumbersome to use too compared to a "flag".
Maybe use a sail symbol instead of a flag or why not even some nautical signal flags ;) Example
