Bug: Voting up twice = Downvote
This looks like a bug to me: if you vote up again for a question that you have already voted up for, the question gets a downvote. My opinion is that it should do nothing, but it surely shouldn't downvote the question. If I want to downvote it after I gave a positive vote, I can do it by pressing the downvote button.
