sticky/important/pinned questions functionality on TJC
Hello everyone!
Sorry if this already was proposed, but don't we really need "sticky questions" functionality here on TJC? Threads like announcements, release notes, "don't post bugs as answers" and other important ones really need this. I mean user base don't get smaller and it becomes much more easier every day to miss important info.
