Under Settings > System > Connectivity, I have: Flight Mode WLAN Bluetooth USB Location

But no Mobile Network! Anyone know why it's missing? I'm currently unable to send/receive MMS (though SMS works fine), and I'd like to check my APN settings. But I can't because the setting simply isn't there!

Some notes about my device: I ported Sailfish to my Nexus 4. When I installed it, I didn't have an activated SIM in it. Not sure if either of those matters, but I thought I'd include the details.

Edit: just discovered another problem with my settings. When I pull down on the lock screen, the only option there is Silence Sounds. There should be more!
