Help me ! get deleted snapshots back with btrfs restore

Hello,

after the update, I've lost all my snapshots. I completly forgot to put them on my sd card and now I don't have them anymore.

I saw that there's a command like "btrfs restore" but I can't find a way to use it properly in the Terminal.

"Btrfs fi show" gave me : "ERROR : could not open /dev/mmcblk0p28 could not check mount status : permission denied" "Btrfs -s" gave me : "too few arguments" most of the time or "permission denied"

When I write "btrfs" I can see that there's a lot of things that can help like "btrfs subvolume snapshot {-r}"

Well, I think it can help, but I don't know for sure.

Can someone help me with that ? I really want to get them back. Just the last one would be great

Thanks !

EDIT 1 : With root, I can get through the "permission denied" but now there's this " /dev/mmcblk0p28 is currently mounted. Aborting."
