This is not only in the 1.1.9 version but in the previous update as well since the introduction of the option to stay connected in the background. All android apps like Whatsapp, viber and others with appearing online-offline feature, stay as online even when the apps are closed. So my friends always see me,on whatsapp for example,as online and am always having troubles explaining why i did not reply! I dont think users are aware of this,or else someone else would have wrote about it.I suggest that everyone test this with his friends to be sure that its related to the OS and not only to my device/apps.
