I dropped it and the screen cracked (shattered) and this is the response from zendesk: "Currently we are unable to accommodate your out of warranty repair request for display replacement. We will close this request for now while we are working to resolve this situation, and once we have more information we will follow-up on your request. Thank you for your patience!"
Is there another channel to get a screenrepair from germany?

I got my Jolla eary 2014. Now I dropped it and the screen cracked (shattered) (shattered). I contacted Zendesk and this is the response from zendesk:
their response:
"Currently we are unable to accommodate your out of warranty repair request for display replacement.
