please remove the animation when selecting an option in the pull down menu.

This slows down every action (e.g. making new appointments in the calender app). Or is the blinking effect useful for anything that I missed?

Update after Update to 2.0.0.11 In My Point of View it is still to slow. If this is really necessary one short blink should be enough!
