App launch animation.
Have an empty home screen. (do one close all and then two)
1) Tap the screen, launch an app fom the 4 on the bottom. You see small cover > gets bigger >becomes smaller>app launches.
2) Swipe up to launch the launher and select an app. You see big cover (while launcher dissapears)> gets smaller >app launches.
Probably on the second case the launcher getting away doesn't let you see the small cover of the first but its inconsistent behavior.
