I have the problem with yellow stains on my screen again (screen replaced septembar 2014 because of the same problem). This is a known problem of Jolla phone (see here).
Contacted zendesk and after giving the asked info no words from them for more than one week (last time they answered the next day with Fedex pick-up info), although I commented a few times and asking for information about this obvious delay.
Today I found this post which made me aware that there is a problem with display supplies. Also this answer from zendesk to someone with the same problem is not very encouraging:
A situation has developed which may lead to a delay in repair service for the issue you are experiencing with your device. We are working to solve the situation as quickly as possible. We will close this ticket for now and get back to you once we have more information.
Since Jolla obviously doesn't want to comment on this issue, is there someone out there with information about this problem?
