Hello , I have been the proud owner of my jolla from the last 9months. But now the phone has started giving me problems. The phone restarts on its own automatically in between calls or chats or browsing and goes into bootloop. As suggessted by you sailors I also did a clean factory reset and updated to the latest version but that is also not helping me. I sent a mail to zendesk and they suggested a battery removal/insertion procedure but that also didnt work. At last resort i txted them to service my Jolla but they are saying that , no service centre is available so please bear with us. This isnt an answer to my question . They have simply just denied to service my Jolla / Replace my Jolla. Just feeling left out here with my Jolla phone. Now thinking that using a local android phone would have been better than this , but now in love with the OS and so cant leave. Please help me my fellow sailors ! To find a way and get my jola started again !
