The call timer seems to slow down considerably when the screen is off. It takes up to several real world seconds to advance with one second in call timer.

EDIT: it appears that this happens only when tohd.service is stopped. My guess is that tohd.service wakes the phone often enough even when the screen is off, such that the timer gets updated correctly. I am closing the issue since it does not happen in stock configuration.
