IMHO a cool feature for dialling will be allowed to enter a land line number without the city code if you are calling to a number in your city. so if you live in newcastle upon tyne instead of typing 0191[city code] you simply press the number without the city code. the phone will know automatically that you want to call a number in newcastle upon tyne. then if I travel to a different city , it knows i am in that city and the same will apply.
