Winter is tough for batteries. I bet every person living in the Nordic has experienced their mobiles suddenly shutting down.
So, battery warming TOH. Enough said?
The Jolla Phone has 3.3 (or 3.5, correct me) volt power output pins which could provide the power for the heating device. Also, some kind of insulation would be great to have.
Since that would use a lot of power, we could have some software to adjust the temperature. It would also warm up the CPU :)
It could also have a power supply strapped into it. Why not?

What would we need for this? Inefficient cable or sophisticated electric heater?

Could this provide power and heat?
