CTL font is used for Latin numbers next to the CTL characters

If you use non-latin text layouts such as Russian, Arabic, or Hindi you can see Latin numbers in very different fonts. To reproduce you should enter the numbers right after a character from those languages.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but it makes inconsistency and since it didn't exist before 2.0.1 I wanted to share and know more about it.
