Add cover action for notes app: next note(s)
The cover of native notes app shows either the first few notes or one whole note (the one you have opened when minimizing to cover).
At the moment there is only one cover action - new note.
It would be nice to have one more cover action: next note.
When the cover is currently displaying the first few notes (e.g. 1, 2 and 3), it would go to the next ones (e.g. 4, 5 and 6). When the cover is currently displaying just one whole note (e.g. 4), the action "next note" would display the next one (e.g. 5).
