It happened some months ago, and now I've been able to reproduce this bug again: if Store is launched and the phone switches from mobile net (3G-4G) to WLAN (and viceversa), an alert appears on the top (red triangle) saying "Problem with Store... etc.". Then, no content from the Store is shown anymore, at least untile the phone gets back to the previous net.

I think it is related to the searching of updates that continues and doesn't stop when switching between nets.
