In long lists its very painful to use the pulley menu: Just a use case: I have at the moment around 500 pics wich are shown in the gallery app. While just looking what pictures are inside, I scrolled half the way down. Now I recognized 20 pics which I wanted to delete. At this point you have to access the pulley menu to mark this pictures for deleting them at once. Therefor you have to scroll all the way back to top, Choose "mark pictures" scroll all the way back and than you can delete the pictures.

The same problem occur in the email app!

Or is there another way to delete this pics/emails. (no, i don't want to delete every mail/pic seperately)
