I'm using this not yet officially released SW with the common Jolla Phone, so I'm aware there may be issues as it's not even an early-access version. I'm reporting this bug anyway, as the earlier bugs are reported the earlier they may get fixed and not rolled out to many users by an update.
The used file system is btrfs for internal storage (haven't touched this ever) and ext4 for SD-card.

Workaround: I figured out a workaround. After deleting all files with timestamp from April 2016 in /home/nemo/.vault my current backup is shown as latest backup. I tested doing a new backup and this time also the wrong message about running out of storage capacity isn't shown.
