As Jolla Maps do not exist for Jolla C, the quick action 'Where am I' points to nirvana. Maybe it could be linked with newly available 'HERE we go' app on Jolla C.

Edit: As a work-around, you could install Jolla Maps manually with pkcon install sailfish-maps
