Removing advisory/bricked phone

Hello I just got my Intex Aqua Fish. Unfortunately happened that I removed the Advisory app by ‘pkcon remove sailfish-tutorial’ as adviced in https://together.jolla.com/question/33267/how-to-uninstall-tutorial-app/ . Ater that I lost most of settings in settings app. So I tried reboot to fix the problem.

The phone is now bricked ha ha…Boot gets stuck to bootsplash screen. In fastboot mode I telnet is not working. The phone asks to telnet 10.42.66.66 but says that network is unreachableor cannot connect (timeout)

Is there anything to make it work again? Any more default IPs?
