Actual state:

When you create folder with some default app which you can't normally delete (like e.g. "Tutorial") and some other app. This folder disappears after reboot and icons are normally in app grid.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create folder of "Tutorial" and other app (which you can normally delete from phone).

2. Reboot phone.

3. Go to app grid.

BUG - folder dissapears, icons of apps are in app grid, with on same position as before creating folder.

EDIT 8.9.2016 - Hmm.. I realize, that main problem makes "SIM app" which provides some SIM Toolkit apps from Czech T-Mobile.

So please set this as Not A Bug.
