Paused Media-player starts playing when headphone cable is pulled out
If I listen to some audio file via headphones and then pause the media-player, no matter in the app, from cover or from lockscreen, and then pull the headphone cable out of the device, the audio is often played via speaker. That is very annoying! If the media-player app is on the screen, the panel with the play controls vanishes, so than you cannot stop it quickly. When I pull the cable while playing, it stopps correctly whithout undesired resuming.
