I am a posteo user (mail, addressbook, calendar), syncing to my jolla phone using one account for caldav and carddav. This account is configured to sync the default calender. Furthermore, on posteo, I use this calendar only. There is no other. The jolla phone adresses this calendar as "Default Calendar" in green.
The phone does well for a while, since lately after updating to 2.0.4.14 I found a coming date gave alarm twice. The reason is, the calendar is existing twice, each of them including the dates. Therefore, I reviewed the settings inside the caldav account. It says, sync with the default calendar on posteo. Review on the posteo side is ok, there is just one calendar. Review of the calendar app shows, the calendar is existing twice.
- default calendar posteo (yellow)
- default calendar posteo (green)
So, the sync process itself has somehow created to calendars, both synced with the one default calendar on posteo. I can only deactivate one of them, but can't delete it.
Then I created a new date in posteo and told the jolla app to sync. The date is synced with both calendars in the calendar app.
When, on the phone, I delete the date in just one ot those calendar objects, it still exists in the other one. It will not be deleted in posteo itself. Nexyt sync will recreate it. I have to delete both of them to get the date deleted in posteo.
I then created a new date in just one of the calendars on the phone. It will be created in the green calendar. So the yellow one is ... a zombie. It will then be synced with posteo, and after the next sync will show up in the zombie one, too.
Weird.
How to get rid of it?
