[Jolla Tablet] Loose micro-usb connector? charging problems

Hi all, I suspect my Jolla Tablet's USB-connector is loosening, which produces charging problems. Do I have the right conclusion? Strangely enough device detects 5V input and is shown in AIDA64 application. My Jolla Tablet symptoms are:

-instead of charging AIDA64 indicates battery is continuos drainging about -1000mA and this is observed as system battery % value dropping

-if usb cable is alinged perfectly AIDA64 shows positive charging value around 400mA-900mA, display at low brightness

Extra questiong: I purchaced the Tablet from IGG backer, has my device any warranty left?

Thanks in advance me :)
