Update 2.1.0.9 mostly fixed the problem of strange localised timestamps in emails. However, the problem is not completely solved yet. Weekdays are capitalised, although they shouldn't be.
For example, in the French translation, a reply now says "À Jeudi […]", or in the Dutch (community) translation it says "Op Donderdag […]". It should say "À jeudi […]" and "Op donderdag […]" respectively, with uncapitalised weekdays.
