[2.1.0.9] Mobile data flaky and stuck on 2G

After the 2.1.0.9 update my mobile network connection has been very flaky. I lose connection more often when in transit and sometimes it gets stuck on 2G. I have a Jolla C with dual SIMs so I usually switch to my first SIM connection (only 3G) and then switch back to my second one. It usually works for a while before it happens again.

So here's my setup:

  • Jolla C
  • Dual sim (DNA 3G and Elisa 4G)
  • I use Elisa 4G data

What I have found:

  • Connection loss happens often in transit (possibly because of poor handoff between different networks?)
  • Randomly stuck on 2G (no idea how to reproduce this)
    • Occurred on Elisa 4G (need to test on DNA 3G if the same problem happens with that too)

EDIT: Still happens on 2.1.0.11
