Sometimes the operator name on the lockscreen will double when I return to home network after roaming. Here's the screenshot:

Restaring home (lipstick) doesn't fix it. Only a restart can.

Edit: Also switching airplane mode on and off will fix the problem which implies something is wrong with the network rather than qml codes.

I guess this will happen if the phone enters emergency call mode while roaming.
