Allow to use system`s FileManager in apps

I suggest Jolla to implement API for using default FileManager in apps or at least allow to use imports of FileManager in harbour.

This API will reduce time for the development of apps and the apps will be in "one style".
As example: There is in Java Swing special call FileChooser that provides a GUI for navigating the file system.
