I know it was asked before but I think these are impirtant feature of a modern phone OS. Especially first one - see RJio for example: 100+ mio subscriber on exclusively VoLTE and increasing rapidly as of typing...
One might see it is not that important but it is. VoLTE transition is a worldwide trend (except maybe Africa) and - as we say here in Hungary - who is behind is out, too...
Not to mention iOS and Android support them all...
@Jolla: are you planning to keep roadmap up-to-date?
