email account not in use still shows in email app

When adding an acount but you do not sync the email or the account is dissabled it keeps on showing in the email app. And it also uses the account credentials as default account when sending emails from the sharing options. I think this is not logic. I use a private email account and use my callender from my work exchange account.

I know the last added account is used as default. As you are not able to select an account from the calender app when entering an event and again it uses the last added acount as default.
