Since upgrading my Jolla C to 2.1.1.23 (and now 2.1.1.24) I get this message frequently, saying I have to reboot to restore calling functionality. However, both incoming and outgoing calls work even without a reboot. I haven't figured out any pattern as to when it shows up but it does so rather quickly after I accept and reboot the phone.
Anyone else experienced this? Since the phone works I wouldn't label this as a serious bug but for the more obedient user it would cause quite a few reboots.:)

EDIT: It's appeared twice more for me since posting this, once a bunch of hours after reboot and once like 10 minutes after. If I interpret the message correctly it means no cellular functions at all should be available? calls/text/data? Since the message and function are implemented: When is this failure mode expected?
