PROCEEDING TO PORT SAILFISH ON ANDROID PHONE

I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime 4G SM G531F/H.

I want to install Sailfish OS on my current Android Phone. However as per HADK I read the documentation but seeking for development KITs.
