Cagegories PRIVATE and PUBLIC for contacts

Hi, I don't want Whatsapp and the like to have access to all of my contacts. Nevertheless the social pressure to use these kind of tools is ever rising. My idea would be to have categories PUBLIC and PRIVATE to assign to my contacts - PRIVATE being default. Access of apps should be restricted to public contacts. This would be a "killer feature" for me! cheers, stephan
