When you change the language while the Jolla has a USB connection to the PC, after [Accept] there is some waiting time and then the message "Settings is not responding" appears. Actually, Sailfish is trying a reboot but cannot do so due to the USB connection. Therefore the message should be "Unplug USB cable to shut down" (as it is stated usually when trying to shut down while USB is connected) before it is even trying to reboot instead of the unspecific "Settings is not responding" after rebooting failed.
